Cancellation by the guest

Cancellations must always be made in writing (by email or letter). The following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellation term before arrival Cancellation fee

More than 30 days Free cancellation

29 to 14 days 20% of the total price

13 to 7 days 50% of the total price

6 days to day of arrival 90% of the total price

No-show / not showing up 100% of the total price

Cancellation by the landlord

If the landlord must cancel the booking (e.g. due to force majeure or serious circumstances), paid amounts will be refunded or an alternative date can be offered in consultation.

Travel cancellation insurance recommendation

We recommend taking out a cancellation insurance policy, so that any cancellation costs due to illness, accident or other unforeseen circumstances are covered.
