General Terms and Conditions and Booking Conditions

1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all reservations, agreements, and the stay of guests in our accommodation.

1.2 The rental agreement is concluded when the reservation is confirmed by us in writing and the deposit is received.

1.3 The guest confirms upon making the reservation that he/she has read these general terms and conditions and agrees to them.

2. Payment

2.1 To confirm the booking, a deposit of 20% of the total price must be made within 14 days after reservation, unless otherwise specified.

2.2 The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Number of persons & use of accommodation

3.1 The maximum number of guests stated at the time of reservation may not be exceeded.

3.2 The accommodation may only be used for tourist purposes.

4. House rules

4.1 Smoking inside the accommodation is not permitted (see specific house rules).

4.2 Pets are only allowed if confirmed in writing in advance.

4.3 Noise nuisance and other forms of inconvenience to other guests or neighbors are not permitted.

5. Liability

5.1 The landlord is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to the guest's personal belongings.

5.2 The guest is fully liable for any damage to the accommodation and inventory caused during the stay.
